创新与传承（Innovation & Inheritance）

 四大文明古国，有的衰败了，有的消失了，有的在复苏中……如今以中国最富强，这得力于传承。而今世界第一霸权的美国，则得力于创新。

Review the history of the four ancient civilizations in the world, some are in decline, some have disappeared and some are in recovery...China as the most prosperous country in the world, it must have a lot to do with the inheritance. The hegemony of the United States has benefited the most from it's innovation.
在漫长的历史长河中，每个社会、国家都在一步一步镌刻自己的历史印迹，一步一步积淀起与众不同的文化底蕴，每一脚步都是一种历史的传承，进而创新发展。企业亦是如此，也只有如此才能创造出企业永续的核心竞争力。然而“教育”事业则是创新与传承最重要的基石。
In the long process of history, every society and country inscribed their historical track and accumulated different cultural background step by step, and each step represented a certain kind of historical inheritance, which was followed by innovation and development. So as an Enterprise， the core competitiveness for a sustainable business established with inheritance followed by innovation and development. Based on this principle, the education is exactly the most important foundation of innovation and inheritance.

十年来，新好集团的教育事业也一直在蜕变发展中，由幼教而（机器人）科教，由线下而线上，由人文而自然。新好国际教育集团的发展历程依序由幼教的第一事业部，到（机器人）科教的第二事业部，到OBO（Office   Blend   with   Online）的第三事业部，到（绿色课堂）自然科技农业的第四事业部。四大事业体系十年终于成形并系统化发展。教育因幼教而扎根，因机器人科教而基业长青，因互联网而无远弗届，因自然科教而生生不息。期盼新好教育集团的创新发展与生生不息。

During the past decade, the education business of New & Best International Education Group has been developing and evolving from preschool education to robot science education, from offline to online, and from humanities to nature. New & Best International Education Group has developed from the first business department of preschool education, to the second department of robot science education, to the third  system of OBO (Office Blend with Online), then to the fourth part of natural science and technology of agriculture( green class ). These four business systems have been developing into a solid system in the ten years with significant systematic development. Education business lays the roots in the preschool education, moves up to evergreen robot Science Education; it will greatly and continuously increase with the Internet business and natural science education. We are looking forward to an innovative and sustainable future of the New & Best International Education Group.

最近，国家在大力宣扬社会主义核心价值观，并分别以由国家、社会、个人三个层面激励，但这只是把中国过去好的文化 “传承”起来，尚未创新，如能加上创新，则文明富强的国家态势必再现；然而这一切如不从素质教育着手，何以成功？ “教育”到底是什么？素质教育又是什么？应该是以关注人的全面素质发展，促进人的多元智能发展为目标。教什么？育什么？是考试100分吗？只是应试教育吗？当然不是！幼教是幼小衔接班吗？当然不是，而是多元启蒙。核心价值观是口号吗？当然不是，而是言传身教；科学教育是模仿吗？当然不是，而是先模仿再创新再创造，甚至是创新再创新；自然科学重要的是人类为尊吗？当然不是，而是尊重自然，尊重自然规律，重视万物并存共荣。有位教育界领导说的好：教育应是“教其所爱，育其所长，感恩其心”。这就是新好教育集团正在努力的方向与目标。

Recently, Chinese government is propagating the Socialism Core Values nationwide. trying to motivate the whole nation in 3 levels, country, society and individual. We see these values as the "inheritance" of some good old Chinese traditional culture. However, innovation is not included.We believe the prosperity of our country should be based on values including innovation.
Nevertheless, nothing will be achieved without quality education.
What is "education" then?  And what is quality education?
We think it should be the emphasis on people's comprehensive quality development, and targeting the goal of people's diversified intelligence development.What do we teach and teach for? 100% scores in exams in an exam-oriented education? Of course not. Is Preschool education just the link between the kindergarten and the primary school ？Of course not. Diversified enlightenment is the key. Are those Core values just a slogan? Of course not, it is teaching by words and deeds. Is the Science education just the imitation? Of course not, we think it is imitation leads to innovation and creation, then continuous innovation.  Is the most important thing for Natural science human welfare? Of course not. We need to respect nature and the its laws. Cherish the importance and common prosperity to all living things. Leading education figure once said: Education should  "teach them what they are interested in, educate them based on their own advantages, and show a grateful heart to others ". This is the direction and goal of the endeavor of all New & Best International Education staffs.

新好国际教育集团十周年了，十年树木，百年树人，这只是新好人的一个起点而已。要走的路还很长远，有待新好人继续努力、继续奋斗！

It's the tenth anniversary of the New & Best International Education Group. An old Chinese saying goes:  “It takes ten years to grow trees, but a hundred to cultivate people”. This is only a starting point of our group and family. There is still a long way to go for all of us and your endeavor and hard work will be most valuable and precious!

十周年庆特刊即将发刊，本人以“创新与传承”为文与大家共勉，并且把八年前创办幼儿园时写的“不巧的生命乐章”及五年前创办青少年机器人教育学校时写的“未来的机器家人—传说中的中国好小子”原文一起汇编，以为大家互相勉励。最后，祝新好集团“新欣向荣，好在传承”，也祝新好人，祝所有朋友快乐如意！

The special edition for the tenth anniversary of the New & Best International Education Group will be published soon. As the leader of this group, I want to share with everyone about the spirit of "Innovation and Inheritance”.  We will put  the two articles 《An Immortal Chapter Of Life》 which were written eight years ago  when we started to run the kindergarten  and the 《New Family Member: Robot !》written five years ago  when we started to run the robot education school  together, to  encourage you and me. In conclusion, I wish the New & Best International Education Group will be "up to prosperity with the innovation, better and better with the  inheritance”.
